?I?m not swol enough yet. (ref to earlier discussion)
I think that there were seven said to have been resurrected in the bible. ish.
A bit off base here, aren t you? She called ICE agents bigots, and not someone in particular that opposed her point of view.
Wow that was a quick response by The Beaverton (satire people, just relax and have a laugh)
The constituents of the atmosphere of earth can and have been seen, just not with the naked eye. That is wind. Do you have an electron microscope picture of God? I'm not trying to belittle your faith, I am trying to save you from making a foolish and childish argument, and this is a foolish and childish argument.
I guess my point was that we can find a lot of religion-based atrocities going on presently. We don't even have to go back in history.
So she's been kicked out the church. It doesn't sound right does it? Any follower of Jesus wouldn't put anyone through demands like these. I think they must be getting this stuff from an evil type of doctrine that their reading out. Try to encourage her to leave and get her to read the bible preferably the new King James version is good. Get her to read the commandments and she will see it doesn't include this. Their feeding her with lies. It could eventually make her ill. At the end of the day you can't force her you can only encourage.
It would be great if you knew the truth....but my ego isn't even close to big enough to think that I have it and it's my job to teach it to you.
So again if you toss out the OT then you also toss out the Ten Commandments. You obviously must cheery pick the Bible to make it fit your story line.
When you said "your religion is founded..." you built a strawman for me personally. I'm a bad Christian from a faith perspective. If Jesus was conclusively proven to be not real, or not resurrected ("Guess whose tomb we found!") it wouldn't matter to me.
How can it be an "old lie" when it's a brand new article in all the Science journals. Lol.
Medium, because I do everything half-a$$ed.
The Christian fetish of martyrdom actually means that torture and execution of good Christians is a benefit of the faith.
