His eternal power and divine nature are clearly seen through what has been made, so you are without excuse to deny. For even though you know God, you do not honor Him as God or give thanks, but you become futile in your speculations, and your foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, you have become a fool
While I agree to an extent I will say that the SCOTUS has ruled that things like mandatory trigger locks are unconstitutional. I'm also hesitant to find the parents liable for the actions of their kids. Perhaps charging them with something like criminal negligence may be a compromise though.
The idea that discrimination is part of liberty was debunked many decades ago.

That wasn't really my point though. Those are different market forces at work.
Strange. I have never had religion affect me ever in my daily life. And I am an old guy. I mean I do know it has happened. Like 9/11 as they flew the planes into the buildings I can see how that religion affected many people. Then the laws applied after affected me. But just my everyday life religion doesn't even come up.

No, it isn't debatable. People can't choose to be gay. People can't choose their sexuality. This has been proven with every study on it.
You know, I lived a few blocks from the neighbourhood for 7 years, and never went to the parade. :-)
Also leave your drugs at home.
To me it's just a role. We've glorified our founding fathers and they've done more rapes and heinous crimes than anyone. I think people are complex, and showcasing those complexities on screen is what film is all about. It's not a way to glorify an individual, but rather to make us question how we view people, to understand those complexities, and to examine how we as a society react in order to challenge us to be better.
You must be a universalist!
You're kidding right? Are you living under a rock?
The example points out the idiocy of the suggestion it responds to.
So, have any of these pastors actually killed any of these "evil gays"?
